I came to New York from a small town in Norway at 17 and found my calling at a family-owned gym on the Upper West Side. Over five years of training clients, one thing has stayed constant: I believe resistance training is the single most effective tool for looking better, moving better, and staying injury-free — and I'm committed to teaching it the right way.
