About your coach
I'm Chris, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. For the last decade I have trained real people with real schedules: professionals, parents, frequent travelers, and people working around old injuries.
I also build technology for fitness professionals, so I sit right where fitness and technology meet. I use that to make remote coaching simple and convenient for you. The coaching itself is always mine. Every program I write comes from ten years of working with people in person, and none of it is AI generated.

FAQ
No. I build your program around whatever you have. That can be a full gym, a pair of dumbbells at home, or nothing but your bodyweight and a hotel room floor.
Tell me during the consultation. I write travel days into your program with sessions that work in a hotel room or hotel gym, so a trip does not mean starting over.
A free program is written for everyone, so it fits no one in particular. Yours is written for you after I have assessed how you move, and it accounts for your schedule, your equipment, and any pain you are working around. And a video cannot check in on you. I do.
That is what the check ins are for. If something is not working, whether it is the schedule, an exercise, or how your body is responding, we change it. And if you are unsure whether this is right for you, start with the free discovery call and we will figure that out together first.
You get two video calls during your eight weeks. We review how training is going, what feels good, and what does not, and I update your program based on what we find.
